Overview:
 
On request of a party in interest or the UST at any time after the commencement of the case but before confirmation of a plan, they may request an order for the appointment of a trustee or examiner in a Chapter 11 reorganization case.
This filing should be accompanied by the Motion, Notice of Motion, Certificate of Service (evidencing service of the Motion/Pleading and Notice of Motion) and Proposed Order.
