What it Does

MENU:

Multi-Case Docketing (Ch. 13 Trustees ONLY)

 

EVENT NAME:

Meeting of Creditors Rescheduled (failure to file required documents – Ch. 13)

Meeting of Creditors Rescheduled from previously set date of     date   for failure to   provide a copy of tax returns to the Trustee  OR  file required documents   . Pursuant to LBR 2002-1(d)(3), Clerk to provide notice of the rescheduled meeting to all parties in interest.  341(a) meeting to be held on    date ,   time   at  location  .

Prompts the filer to:

  • Enter the previously set 341 meeting date.
  • Select the reason why the meeting is being rescheduled (e.g., provide a copy of tax returns to the Trustee OR file required documents).
  • Set a NEW 341 meeting date, time and location.
  • Queues a CM form notice for the Clerk's Office to serve on all creditors.

Meeting of Creditors Rescheduled (inclement weather, Acts of God, sudden illness)		 Meeting of Creditors Rescheduled from previously set date of     date  .  Pursuant to LBR 2002-1(d)(3), Clerk to provide notice of the rescheduled meeting to all parties in interest due to  inclement weather  OR  an Act of God   or sudden illness of Debtor, Joint Debtor, Attorney for Debtor, Trustee OR US Trustee. 341(a) meeting to be held on    date ,   time   at  location  .

Prompts the filer to:

  • Enter the previously set 341 meeting date.
  • Select the reason why the meeting is being rescheduled (e.g., Inclement Weather; Acts of God; or Sudden Illness).
  • Set a NEW 341 meeting date, time and location.
  • Queues a CM form notice for the Clerk’s Office to serve on all creditors.

Meeting of Creditors Rescheduled from previously set date of   date.    Party  to provide notice of the rescheduled meeting to all parties in interest.  (There is no image or paper document associated with this entry.) 341(a) meeting to be held on    date ,   time   at   location  .

 

Prompts the filer to:

  • Select who is requesting the meeting be rescheduled (e.g., Debtor, Judge or Trustee). This determines which party is identified in the docket entry as being required to provide notice.
    • Debtor = Clerk if case is pro se OR Counsel for Debtor (non pro se)
    • Judge = Clerk if case is pro se OR Counsel for Debtor (non pro se)
    • Trustee = Trustee
  • Set a NEW 341 meeting date, time and location.

Prompts the filer to:

  • Set a 341 meeting date, time and location, proof of claim and objection to dischargeability deadline.  The deadlines automatically calculate based upon the 341 meeting date entered.
