Attorney Access - Training Required
If you do not have an active login and password with another Bankruptcy Court or District Court, but your bar status is 'Active', you are required to attend the in-person training offered by this Court.
Once you complete the steps below and the training course, the court will create your user account. Your login and password will be sent to you by the Clerk's Office via e-mail to the e-mail addresses listed on your registration form. Please allow up to five (5) business days for your request to be completed.
STEP 1 (Complete Registration Form):
Click here for an Attorney access registration form. Complete the information requested on the form, print the form, sign it, scan it into a PDF and save the PDF to your hard drive. (You will need a PDF version of the signed registration form for Step 2).
STEP 2 (Submit Completed Registration Form):
Click here to enter your contact information and submit the PDF version of the signed registration form from Step 1.
